Delivery
The products purchased will be delivered to the person and address indicated, within a maximum period of 5 to 7 working days, except in cases of stock shortage, in which case we will contact you to inform you of the new delivery time. In these cases, the customer will have the right to cancel the order at no cost, as long as no special orders (products not available on the website and/or telephone orders) have been placed by the consumer, for which he/she will have to contact febrisur.com.
Orders will not be delivered to post office boxes.
In the case that at the moment of reception of the merchandise any damage in the packaging and/or product is detected, it will be stated at the reception of the merchandise in the receipt of the transport company, leaving a record and informing febrisur.com of the mentioned circumstance.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs are indicated in the validation page of the basket, at the beginning of the purchase process. They are also detailed at the end of the purchase process, before confirming the order.
The price depends on the weight and volume of the product.
Shipping costs will always be borne by the user.
Right of revocation and withdrawal
The User has fourteen (14) working days to return a product with which he/she is not satisfied in accordance with the requirements for exercising this right established in the regulations, and specifically after sending an informative note of withdrawal by the customer. Within this period, you may return the product to us (the cost of returning the product shall be borne by the customer). In case Febrisur is responsible for the collection of the products, the amount of the return will be charged to the customer) together with the invoice. We kindly ask you to return the goods by registered mail or courier and with an insurance that you can take out with the transport company for the value of the product. This insurance will be necessary in case of loss or theft of the goods by the transport company. In any case, any costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the consumer.
According to this right of return, only products that are sent in their original packaging, in new and unused condition, will be accepted. Items that have been sent damaged, used or soiled by the customer will not be accepted. In case of return of a product due to an error in the purchase by the customer, the customer must contact febrisur.com who will exchange the product for the correct one. The products will be returned to the address provided by febrisur.com at the customer's expense. If febrisur.com is responsible for the return of the product, the logistic costs for this service will be charged to the customer.
All returns must be authorised by febrisur.com. The return costs will be paid by the customer. The returns to postage due will not be accepted.
The client must previously communicate his intention to return the product and the reason, so that once the return has been authorised, the address to which it should be sent will be provided, the content will be analysed and the product will be exchanged for another product or the amount will be paid as agreed in the previous contact.
All credits and economic returns will be made once the product has arrived at our facilities or from the supplier and the condition of the product has been verified.

Guarantee
All equipment sold on our website benefits from: - the legal guarantee of conformity for two years - the legal guarantee against hidden defects - the manufacturer's guarantee, the extent and duration of which vary according to the products and brands (Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 May 1999 on certain aspects of the sale of consumer goods and associated guarantees, as transposed into Spanish law by Law 23/2003 of 10 June 2003, subsequently repealed by the current Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November 2007).
This guarantee does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, knocks, improper use or manipulation, unsuitable voltage, incorrect installation not carried out by the authorised Technical Service when applicable, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use. The cost of returning the item(s) shall be borne by the user. However, if the legal guarantee of conformity is applicable to the item(s) returned, all costs arising from this return shall be reimbursed to the customer.
The return costs will be borne by the user except in case of manufacturing defect of the product (which will be reimbursed by febrisur.com once the manufacturer has ruled the defect) in which case, the user may choose between demanding the repair, and if it is not possible the replacement of the product, or finally the refund of the amount paid, all in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations. It is very important and we advise you to protect your item(s) perfectly packaged, as you will be responsible for any damage suffered during transport.
The customer must communicate his intention to process a return under warranty in order to manage it correctly and authorise its dispatch. In this case, the buyer will be the one to send the product, assuming the cost of shipping. We always recommend that the return is managed by our transport agencies. When the returned product is received, it will be analysed and its immediate replacement or repair will be considered, being automatically in the hands of the manufacturer, as the only responsible for them. We will not process warranties on products with obvious deterioration due to accident or misuse. If a defect is detected in the product as a result of transport, it must be reported within a period not exceeding 24 hours from the receipt of the purchase to info@febrisur.com. Otherwise, no claims will be accepted.
In those incidents that justify the use of the guarantee, we will opt for the repair, replacement of the article, discount or refund, in the legally established terms.
To make use of the guarantee it is essential to present the purchase invoice.

Neither does febrisur.com assume any responsibility for damages caused by the use or trust placed in the aforementioned contents, advertising or goods and services offered by the aforementioned, nor for their actions or omissions. febrisur.com declines any responsibility for damages caused by the impossibility of providing the services offered on its website due to acts of God, force majeure or other causes not attributable to febrisur.com. Neither does it assume any responsibility for the inadequate functioning of its page if this is due to maintenance work, to incidents affecting national or international operators, to a defective configuration of the equipment of its clients and users or to its insufficient capacity to maintain the computer systems essential to be able to use febrisur.com.
Obligations and liability of customers and users
The user undertakes :
(i) not to use febrisur.com to carry out or suggest activities prohibited by law;
(ii) to refrain from carrying out any conduct that infringes the intellectual or industrial property rights of febrisur.com or third parties, or that violates or transgresses the honour, personal or family privacy or the image of third parties, or that is illicit or immoral;
(iii) to refrain from destroying, altering, rendering useless or damaging data, programmes or electronic documents belonging to febrisur.com or to any third party, as well as introducing or disseminating programmes, viruses or, in general, any physical or electronic instrument or device that causes or is likely to cause any type of alteration to the network, the system or the equipment of third parties;
(iv) to refrain from engaging in any type of activity or practice that transgresses the principles of good conduct generally accepted among Network users;
(v) to inform us of any unlawful use of which it becomes aware. In any case, the user will hold febrisur.com harmless against any claim, judicial or extrajudicial, that may be presented to us as a consequence of the previous actions or omissions. The user will be responsible for the security and use of his password. Likewise, you must inform us as soon as possible of the loss or unauthorised use of your password, in which case we will be entitled to cancel your registration to febrisur.com. The user will abstain from reproducing, copying, selling or exploiting in any way all or part of the contents and functionalities of febrisur.com, the use or right of access to it. Any fraud or abuse committed within the framework of febrisur.com may be subject to administrative or judicial prosecution.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
The present General Conditions are subject to and governed by the laws of Spain. For the resolution of any controversy the courts and tribunals of the city of Malaga will be competent.
